Welcome to the Order of the Sons of Italy in America - Leonardo da Vinci Lodge #2841 

We are located in West Boca Raton in Florida. This is the second year of our newly formed lodge which is now the fastest growing Sons of Italy lodge in South Florida. All Italian-Americans please join us at our monthly meetings held every fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00PM at the Peter Blum YMCA located at 6631 Palmetto Circle South in Boca Raton. The Lodge will also be giving Boca Helping Hands a very generous cash donation of $2,000 (approved by the membership almost unanimously) which will be matched by an anonymous donor. This donation will be made before the holiday.

~ 2010 PLANNED SOCIAL ACTIVITIES ~

We need Chairpersons and committee members to participate in these affairs.  Without the help of the general membership these affairs are very difficult to accomplish.  Remember, these affairs are all FUNDRAISERS, which means that the money we make goes to furthering our causes and helping other people.  Please let the president know if you would like to help at any of our functions.  You could sell tickets, help with raffles and/or a 50/50, help with decorations, set up chairs, or help with the cooking or setup at a picnic.  We all need to get involved, join in, lend a hand and make some good friends in the process.  You'll be glad you volunteered and helped make these affairs a great success. We will be joining with other lodges in our area to host events from time to time.  This will give us more opportunity for more fundraisers.

The Leonardo Da Vinci Lodge will hold a BIG membership drive on AUGUST 23 rd. This will be held at the Peter Blum YMCA @ 7:00pm at the all purpose room. Join us and bring your family and friends and meet the officers and members of this great lodge, The Leonardo Da Vinci Lodge. We have been in existence for two years and growing stronger.  Due to the occasion of meeting all of you we will be serving coffee and desserts so please contact me, Frank Giacalone at 561-470-1149 or my cell 631-790-3573 so we may have enough for everyone. Looking forward in meeting you and your family and friends. The YMCA is located 6631 Palmetto Circle South in Boca Raton.  This is off Toledo and Palmetto Park Rd.
